Derived from those sun-soaked Lemonade Stand Days designers and owners, Gillian Mahin and Laura Hall are the masterminds behind the line For Love & Lemons. Born in Wyoming, finding their style niche in Australia and now based in Los Angeles, the collection is anything but conventional-rebelling against the standards of modern society. The line taunts with intrigue as a clash of colors and patterns are evoked by chic separates and devious dresses. Where the modern gypsy is punk, For Love & Lemons is a brand to relate to, for that girl that doesn't follow trends, she makes them.
I have been dying over For Love and Lemons recently and I was super excited to finally order this bra along with the matching panties. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. There are many things wrong with this item. First, the color shown it the photo is not true to the real color. The actual bra is neon pink - like trashy neon pink, not the soft, bright pink shown in the photo. Second, the sheer part of the bra is not the soft, fine sheer material I was expecting from such a well known brand. It's rough and almost fish netting material. Why would I want that on my boobs, For Love and Lemons?? WHY?? Lastly, the quality of the item is a disgrace. The seams don't line up, the front clasp is a cheap plastic, the For Love and Lemons decal on the back is not straight, and there are stray threads sticking out everywhere. I could go into the porn store downtown and buy a better piece of lingerie for $5.99 then this garbage. Don't waist your money, you would feel sexier in burlap sack.?
