I usually have trouble finding long boots that fit my calves. In fact I was vary about ordering these online, being overseas and so much money. But doing a lot of research about the brand, style, reading a lot of reviews from various sites and even found a video review for this boot. I was convinced to take the plunge. Being 5'6, I ordered these in a Size 7 (usu wearing 6.5 to 7 depending on brand) these just hit the bottom of my knee. The most important thing for me though was the quality, fit, comfort and calve issue (mine being btwn 13.5 and 14") I can slide these on and off no problem. There is a bit of slide around the heel/ankle when I walk but nothing some socks or insole won't fix. Will also fit a pr of tights/skinny jeans inside the boots no problem. The colour as stated previously is a deep chocolate brown. So can be matched lots of ways.

These boots are beautiful! The colour is a very dark shade of brown (almost like dark chocolate) and they're perfect with jeans or tights. I've been looking for a pair of dark brown/chestnut flat boots that come up to the knee, and these fit the bill perfectly because they're so versatile. The colour is not too brown so it can be matched with a lot of colours. Plus I love the buckles! I'm usually a size 6-6.5 for flats and heels, so I got these in a size 6.5. They were a little loose but I figure I can wear them with thick socks. Only complaint about these are that they're kind of troublesome to take off because they don't have a zipper at the back. They're super comfortable though and look really great with an oversized sweater and dark skinnies. I'm about 5"6 and they come up to about an inch below my knee.

Part of one of the buckles has come off and now I'm stuck - the strap won't stay on-
