| What is a Special Order Inquiry? |
| A Special Order Inquiry is a request for Revolve to check the availability of your item, and to determine approximately when a special order would arrive. Typically it takes 3-10 days for us to obtain this information, as suppliers are contacted only once a week (at their request, otherwise we would contact them every single day). We then email you, at which point you can decide whether you would like to continue with the special order. |
| | There is no cost or fee associated with inquiries. Feel free to inquire about any item you are interested in. |
| | There is no obligation to continue with a special order based on the results of the inquiry. If the item will take too long to arrive, or you simply change your mind, there is no need to continue. By default we do not proceed with a special order, unless you instruct us to do so. |
| | When items are in stock at the manufacturer, the wait can range from as few as a couple days to as long as a month. The reason for this variance is that some designers process orders much faster than others. The typical designer takes between one to two weeks to ship the order. |

| How Do Special Orders Work? |
| A special order works very much like a preorder. However, you can only place a special order after you have submitted an inquiry. |
| | Your card will NOT be charged until your order is shipped. |
| | Your will be notified by email when we receive the merchandise, and when we ship your order. |
| | Your may cancel at any time without any sort of penalty. |
| | Returns and exchanges are, as always, free. |
