I 'm in the UK and I ordered this on December 3rd hoping to wear it at a New Year's Eve Party. It didn't arrive. On Jan 4th I got a letter from UK Customs asking for an additional sum to be paid of around 50% of the purchase price. I explained to Revolve that I wasn't happy and I no longer want the item. They want ME to contact the delivery people to say I'm not interested. So far all I've had is a stream of useless apologies and nothing more from Revolve. Apart from a bill which is paid.No refund as yet. Happy? No. Would you be?
