Launched in 2006 by Los Angeles-based designer Debbie Moradzadeh, Boulee offers a collection of eye candy - silky dresses, tanks, and tops. Designed for those confident enough to show some skin, this line has everything from fitted pencil skirts, draped trapeze dresses, and intricate cut-outs.
The quality of the item is horrible. Returning it immediately. Looked like a skirt that is worth $20, not the $130 I paid. Does not look anything like the picture (which makes it look high end and the fabric looks much thicker in the photo than it really is). I received the dress with holes in it...either the brand puts zero effort into making sure the skirt is made well or this skirt was already previously returned (hence why it was worn out by someone else). The lining of the skirt is longer than the skirt itself and comes out of the bottom. Also, there is no fabric underneath the lace around the waist nor is there any elastic so the skirt just hangs around the waist. Overall, the only saving aspect of this skirt is the back, however, it is no where close to being worth what I paid for it. Will not be shopping from this brand again.
