Let's take a moment to appreciate the sheer volume of amazing that is Insight womenswear designer, Laura-May Gibbs. Her laid-back Aussie attitude and unapologetic sense of bold style clearly resonates throughout the brand, which makes us swoon for this Fall collection even more. Read on for a taste of Laura-May's insight on fashion.

1. Your recent lookbook video was a tiny dark and mysterious. What was the imagination process behind that?
Our aim was to create a beautiful artistic fashion short that stood alone as a piece of art and challenged what was expected from fashion films, especially in the street fashion market. We worked with the theme "suburbia disturbia" in mind and used voice-overs from the Andy Warhol film Trash.

2. What piece can't you wait to wear again now that summer is over?
The high n' mighty high-waisted colorblock stretch cord are my fave.

3. One key piece from this collection that everyone must have?
The Huntress Bomber jacket. The back floral embroidery is incredibly beautiful and it's a special piece for your winter wardrobe.

4. A trend that you wish will make a comeback? Or one you wish would disappear?
You should just wear what you want and bring it back if it's not. Like the '90s hair scrunchie, I feel like wearing one of those today.

5. Describe the Insight girl in five words:
Soulful, artful, free-riding, spirit

6. One rule of thumb for wearing cut-outs?
Killer pins.

7. And one for color blocking You guys did that so well with your colorful denim-on-denim look!
Go all out with colourblock on colourblock.

8. A girl's best friend:
girl time.

9. When you want to treat yourself, your go-to food/drink is:
vodka on the rocks
