These run a full size small! I normally wear a size 24; my closet is full of size 24 jeans. (I'm 5'2"; 100 lbs). After reading reviews, I decided to cover my bases and ordered both the 24 and 25. I could not even get the 24's over my butt. Fail! The 25's were a lot better but they were way too long....and the butt seam was off-center, which looked stupid. I like the look and feel of these jeans, but wasn't happy enough to keep either size.
Maybe it's me but I always have to size down in AG jeans. I didn't with these because of prior reviews. I wish I had though. I find the fit to be a half size too big. I also found that you get a bunch of excess fabric at the knee. Was hoping for a super tight fitted look to wear under boots. This is my 6th pair of AG jeans and I am a little disappointed in the quality of this style. They just don't feel like a genuine pair of AG jeans. They do not have my size to return these so I am hoping a good washing and drying will shrink!? On a good note, the inseam is great and they make your behind look great! For the price I got them at... I have to keep them.
I love these skinny jeans! I wear a SZ 27 (about 120 lbs) in every pair of AG jeans, but the 28 fit better in these because I like to breathe in my skinny jeans, and these do not stretch out like other skinny jeans, the fabric is much thicker. The waist band is wonderful i think, I thought it would irritate me and look too "maternity" but not at all, it's extremely comfy. The ankle is my favorite part about these because they are tight and tuck into boots very well...great for winter. The ankle also does not bunch up at all when you walk...that's rare for skinny's. I'm 5'3" and I had to get them hemmed.
