Since its debut in 2000, Tylie founder and designer Lisa Izad has specialized in handcrafted leather bags, accessories, and shearling boots. It's a heavy dress (material) so due to the length and weight it pulls the dress down giving an unflattering fit. That being said, I kept it and belted it at the natural waist, which bloused the top (pulling the entire dress up a bit) and lifting the awkward very low dropped waist. I love it now.
