Ordered these last year. Still fit like a dream. Pretty long, but I had them hemmed. Order down one size for best fit.
I normally wear a 27 in all other sevens, but I wear a 26 in all the different washes of the straight leg. They feel snug at first, but quickly stretch out to your body shape. The denim is very soft, but never gets baggy after wearing them. The color is a beautiful deep blue. This wash can be dressed up or down. It is very versatile. Highly recommended!
If you are a skinny girl with serious curves (I mean tiny waist, average hips, slim legs but a big round butt popping) then I won't recommend to go a size down because your butt will somewhat not be fully covered. I wear 7fam in a size 25 which I choose in this style and the fit is perfect except the butt area. The highwaisted styles or kimmy curvies just fit me better even if this style SL LAD is not too bad. The wash is very classy while not being a boring rinse. The butt area being lighter it makes your derriere looks way rounder...I'll recommend it even though I need to wear those jeans with a belt. No choice!
Just as everyone else has said, you should definitely order a size down. I wear a 29 normally and they gapped a lot in the waist when i first got them. I have since exchanged for a sz28 and they fit PERFECTLY out of the box. These jeans are also very versatile in cut and color. They look great with heels, sandals, and boots. It is also the most beautiful dark blue wash. Just watch out because these jeans are heavily dyed. I would not wear them with light colored shoes until the jeans have been washed a few times.
So I wrote a review earlier on these jeans. This is a follow up. As I stated before I normally wear a 26 in all the other Sevens that I own. I went back and purchased the 25 and I am happy that I did. They are a little tight at first out of the dryer but if I put them in the dryer they they fit nicely and don't stretch out too much in the waist. I tried to purchase the New York wash (same cut) hoping it would be the same feeling/fit just a little lighter. didn't like them as much as these.
