Prps Heirloom
Wax Jacket
PRPS founder and designer Donwan Harrell has traveled the world studying culture and acquiring new depths of style. While at the Virginia Commonwealth University, Harrell was awarded the opportunity to study at the Chambre Syndicale in France for two years. After graduating, he designed for Nike in Hong Kong before coming back to the U.S. to launch Akademiks, a line of streetwear, and PRPS, his premium denim collection. In addition to his life experiences, Harrell looks to military uniforms, workwear, and hunting apparel for design inspiration. Jeans are manufactured to look stylish with careful elements of distress, but always look authentic, functional, and purposeful. PRPS uses a combination of African cotton and Japanese construction to create fine pieces that exceed the expectations of even the most discerning denim enthusiasts.
