I have lived in this cargo for 4 days in a row. The fabric is soft and at the right weight to help hidden my flaws.It also keeps its shape well. I never owned any jeans with ankle zip because it'd cost me a fortune to have it shorten to fit my 5'4". These pants fit right at my ankles! As for size, I 'm always 27 in J Brand (except love story). With so many comments that Sharkskin runs smaller than other colors, I went to my local mall to try on sizes. I was told by SA that the former stock runs 1 size small but the new stock runs true to size and she's right. Since Revolve just restocked these pants, I went ahead ordering my size 27 and they fit me like a glove....  |

purchased the j brand houlihan's in vintage olive last week which I loved so much I ordered them in sharkskin which arrived today. They are definitely a half size smaller than my vintage olive. I haven't yet washed my vintage olive pair and they've been worn once so it's not like i'm comparing them to a well loved and washed pair, they're both brand new. I just received these today in Sharkskin and I love them! I am between a 26 and 27 depending on the fit and the 27's fit perfect. I agree with the other reviews...don't size down in this color. I am size 25 in jbrand 10 inch in jett and ink. I've tried the houlihans in Sharkskin, vintage black, olive and sahara. With the exception of Sharkskin, the other washes fit all the same. Shharkskin fits smaller than the other washes, so I had to take my usual 25, which i still found a little bit tight...whereas the other washes i had to go down a size to 24. For reference I'm 5'6, 110bs, usually size 25 in other jeans.... |

I first bought these in New York in the Vintage Olive and loved them, wished I got the grey ones as well. They are so comfy and can so easy dress them up or down. I am a size 28 in jeans and I am the same in these. They fit a little higher on the waist, which made them a little loose but couldnt go down another size as they would have been too tight in the cruch area,... |

I ordered my standard J Brand size and when I first tried them I thought there was no way they were going to go on. The legs are really tight, esp over the knee and thigh and the waist is smaller than usual for J Brand. But I did perservere and it was worth it as they look amazing. The fabric is a good weight and the colour is much nicer than it appears in the picture. I am 5'4 and the leg length is just right so thankfully no alterations needed. Have preorderd the vintage olive........ |

I'm usually a size 28 in J Brand but these were really tight everywhere. The fabric doesn't stretch at all either and I found them not too comfy as the usual J Brand jeans. I had such high expectations too cuz the reviews were all great and they were sold out almost immediately... The fit is amazing! I normally wear a size 2 or a size 26 jean, and these fit perfect in a size 26... although I wish all of my jeans were a bit smaller in the waist. The J Brands have a beautiful comfortable stretch to the fabric... stretchier than my other J Brands. I LOVE my Vintage Olive... the dye is amazing! I pre-ordered the Sharkskin. :-)... |

I would say these run about 1/2 size small. I bought a 24, and fit a 24 in most other brands (Rock & Republic, AG, SFAM, COH). I am going to keep the 24 but kind of wish I had gotten the 25, as I find these VERY hard to get on. The length of the zipper is very short when means there isn't much room to get into these pants, although when on they fit fairly true to size through the legs. I have worn them once and they have stretched already. Also, the fabric collects a lot of lint. They do look really good on!... |

I would say these fit TTS or even a bit small. I ordered a size down and although they fit, I hope that they end up stretching out a bit. The fabric is very soft and gorgeous, and the grey is pretty dark. I have athletic legs and they are quite fitted, and they also end above my ankles. As long as they stretch out, I will be super-happy with my purchase, ... |

I LOVE these Houlihan cargos! I wear a 25/26 in J Brand normally (25 is very fitted in the legs, I have skinny legs, 26 fits nice and straight) and I got the 27's in these. The 27's fit perfectly (like the picture), but I wanted these tight, so I have exchanged for a 26. They will give after a few hours wear, and have less elasticity than other J Brand styles I own. Just a note, I have a small bottom and slim hips, and these were not tight on me around that area, and I also have skinny legs, and these were snug on my calves. If you have shapely calves, these may fit tight in that spot! For sizing comparisons, in other designer brands I generally take a 27/28... |
