Vintage West Point

J Brand proves that the denim movement toward straight and skinny is hardly a trend. With an absolutely clean, anonymous back pocket and sophisticated lines, these jeans are already a classic set for the ages.

I have to agree with one of the previous reviewers that the colour vintage westpoint is a true army green and not brownish like in the pictures. The colour is gorgeous. I like it better than the vintage olive as it is a little darker. I have a fairly straight figure but I found that I needed to size up for these pants. I am 5'9", 130 lbs. I own quite a few J Brand 910's and they're all 27's but I ordered these in 28 and they fit perfectly. They fit like a glove and only stretch out a little with wear. They are very flattering. I love pairing them with a white tee and little black jacket or cardigan and dark brown wedge sandals.I would absolutely recommend these awesome pants!

I got these in the vintage westpoint. It is such a nice colour. It's a true army green, not brown like it looks in some of the online photos. I thought it would be a good colour for winter, and work in spring and summer as well. (loved the vintage olive, but it seems summery to me, and I live in Canada...) I also find that they fit perfectly on a curvy frame. I think they may be considered a little large fitting by some - maybe 1/2 size large, but not sure. I wish I could see some ideas of what to wear with this colour and style, other than t-shirt and v-neck tops. I'd love to find a girly blouse with a pattern and some of the army green tone in it. I advise you to shop around because there are some good deals on these - I paid 110$ less than what they are charging here.

Four of my houlihans came yesterday but I haven't have the chance to try them on 'til today. I've ordered a pair of each in the following colors: vintage west point, vintage olive, vintage black and sharkskin, all in size 27 whic is my normal size for J Brand. All four pairs fit perfect and I would said they're true to size. All the vintage colors fit just a just a little loose at the waist and the sharkskin is just right. I am 5'3 so the length is a little over my ankles. I don't have big calfs so there's room at the knee area which is fine with me. I personally like mine a little baggy and not extremely snug tight. Especially with this style I would recommend a little baggy which would make more flattering. I would think size 26 might be very tight around the thigh area for me. Well I hope this feedback would help. I am hoping that Revolve will carry this in vintage navy. I will definitely buy it.

These cargoes fit amazingly well. I am a curvy size 6 and they fit beautifully and are flattering and somehow manage to make you feel like your legs are long and lean. A neat trick. One con is that the fabric beside the rear pocket tore within three wears and had to be patched and sewn. Now the fabric beside the other pocket has shredded as well, as though there is a flaw in the material. I have a great tailor, but this has been quite disappointing. I would suggest ordering a size up at least, which will make them less curve hugging but also less likely to pull at all. Beautiful but disappointing.
