The ink wash (98% cotton 2%spandex) stretches at least half a size, mostly on the waistband. If your legs are thin, I would suggest you try a size smaller than your usal size in J brand. I have the 910 in black( with orange stiching) in 24 and the ink in 23 and they fit the same.
I got these in ink in 2009. I am normally a 27 but they only had them in 28 so I got them anyways. They are a bit loose and after a few wears get a bit too stretched out but overall I like them. I am 1.60 meters (5'3") with longer legs and they scrunch up at the ankle but I like the look. These still look new after more than 2 years.
I'm not too happy with this pair of J Brand jeans. I ordered my usual size 28 and they fit perfectly in the waist & hips but are so incredibly tight from the knee down. I can't bend my knees! Imagine my disappointment :( Returned these.
i read all the reviews and decided to order a size smaller than i normally wear and they were still huge. very disappointed!
I was looking forward to receiving this as my friend and other reviews have recommended this as such a wonderful fitting and looking pair of jeans. I own another pair of J Brand 10" jeans in a size 25 and they fit true to size. I ordered the Ink in 25" and to my dismay, there are much too big for my tiny frame! I had no idea that these jeans are also available in a size 23 and 24 (I thought 24 was the smallest). Regarding comfort, the denim is much tougher than my other pair of J Brand jeans and my other jeans. I didn't feel that they were that comfortable when I had tried them on. I will be returning this for a full refund!
