What is a Special Order Inquiry?
A Special Order Inquiry is a request for Revolve to check the availability of your item, and to determine approximately when a special order would arrive. Typically it takes 3-10 days for us to obtain this information, as suppliers are contacted only once a week (at their request, otherwise we would contact them every single day). We then email you, at which point you can decide whether you would like to continue with the special order.

There is no cost or fee associated with inquiries. Feel free to inquire about any item you are interested in.

There is no obligation to continue with a special order based on the results of the inquiry. If the item will take too long to arrive, or you simply change your mind, there is no need to continue. By default we do not proceed with a special order, unless you instruct us to do so.

When items are in stock at the manufacturer, the wait can range from as few as a couple days to as long as a month. The reason for this variance is that some designers process orders much faster than others. The typical designer takes between one to two weeks to ship the order.

I love it overall. The locket is quite lovely and it is heavy. However, the chain seems a little too thin for the weight of the locket in my humble opinion. When I wear it, I fear the chain may break. Also, when I wear it the chain twists. I really think that there is a slight design flaw in the strength of the chain part. I am happy with my purchase though. I love it overall and will treasure it. I just wish Nicole Richie and her designers had invested a little more money into the chain part. ...

It's a real nice length, HH jewlery has quickly become a favorite of mine and I love this necklace. You can dress it up or down, but I am careful with it because the chain seems a little thin to me. Other than that, so cute! and you can put a picture in it!...
