The fabric is really really soft and super comfortable. Only complaint is the fit on the hips - I ordered a size down and the fit is fine when I first put them on but the pants will stretch throughout the day. I really do love the look of them and get lots of compliments.
look: very cute with pocket and zipper details near the knee, as different from most of other cargo'smaterial: soft and comfortable, not as thick as it looksfit: very big in the waist and i had to bring the jean to alnernation to take in almost 2 in. another reason i bought the jean is for it's length, i am 5"8 and 106lbs, other than waist, size 25 fits me great.overall: very happy with it, worth the money.
i bought these in sz 23 and theyre pretty big on the waist! im 5ft 95lbs and im a tts sz 23 or 0 in frankie b jeansdefinately sz down if your gonna get these! i wish they had sz 22 =(still love them though! way cuter than the jbrand ones
Although I did not purchase these at Revolve because my size was not in stock, I finally found them elsewhere. I was psyched to try these and I thought that I would love them. I have to say, I was a bit disappointed: The fit just isn't quite right (big in the waist, super tight at the ankles), the pocket placement is very low, to the point where the pockets aren't even on your butt anymore, and the material is soft but actually pretty thick. I also think that the seam above the knee, right around the cargo pocket, is super uncomfortable. Maybe it is just how they fit me, but the zipper and seam felt heavy and itchy. Anyway, my personal opinion is that J Brand's Houlihan are a cuter fit and better quality. i will say that these seem to run true to size to slightly large, which is unusual for Frankie B.'s.
I bought these because I can't get enough of my J Brand cargos. I thought I'd try another pair and change things up a little. I can't say that these live up to my J Brand cargos, but I am glad I purchased them. The material is extremely soft, making them very comfortable. The material is pretty light weight also. They're slim fitting, but they do stretch out a bit. Frankie B is typically pretty forgiving in the waist line, and these are no different. In fact, I think they run slightly on the larger size. I'd say they run about 1/2+ large. I'm about 5'4"+, but I had to get these hemmed a good 2 inches or so. There's some distressing along the pockets and the hem line. They're low rise, as all Frankie B are. The color is a true army green. Goes well with browns or black. I really like the zipper details along the top of the cargo pockets and the rear pockets. If you're into the cargo trend that's going on, I'd recommend these.
