I typically hate myself in jeans, yet tried these on a couple of years ago (2007?) at a store and was amazed. I am glad to see Revolve still stocks them and hope more 26es arrive with the new April shipment! The dark wash resists trends and the fit looks nice with many styles - classic/preppy, Heburn-esque/retro-European, and structured/modern. The look and length also make them comfortable tucked into tall boots. I'm 5'5" and the length on me is great for heels, as well as flatter sandals and ballerinas. Given they are the only pair of blue jeans I have owned for 2 years, it's obvious they are made well!...  |

I normally wear a 28 in COH so I bought these in the same size. I would have bought a 29 but I got them on clearance for $90 and all they had was 28. The 28 is a bit snug. I have a big butt and thighs and a small waist and I have had to wear these around the house for weeks just to get them to loosen up! If you are not curvy or very muscular in the legs, then they will probably be your favorite skinny jeans! I love that they can be tucked into boots and worn with sexy heels because it makes them so much more versatile than my other skinny jeans that have to be folded up in order to fit into my boots. They are very simple, so they allow the shoes and the rest of the outfit to shine. I'm 5'2'' and I felt like they were the perfect length for me. They hit right at the ankle and look great with 4 inch heels! The biggest drawback, but also expected, is the transfer from the wash. You have to wash them a ton in order to keep them from staining clothes, furniture, etc. One of my favorite coach bags has dark blue on one side now because I was foolish enough to think I had washed them enough!... |

I really like these jeans - for me they very true to size and really comfortable. My only real concern is that they were a little longer than I expected and the ankle was wider than I expected (but now looking at the picture again...I think my expectations were off!). I think these are going to get a ton of wear!... |

I have two pairs of these jeans. The first pair I ordered in the same size I wear in other COH styles. The second pair I bought one size larger. I concur with some of the other reviewers that in my usual size these jeans fit like leggings and they do not have a much stretch as other Citizen's (which I actually like and it is also good for this style's shape). It usually takes a little bit of wear after a wash for these to feel comfortable but they are tighter in the legs than the larger size and they look really cute under longer tops/tunics with flats or a kitten heel. Because they are also great for tucking into boots, I bought the larger size too. They are more comfortable and they are closer to my "normal" fit in Citizens, i.e. not painted on. So I guess, it really depends on what you are looking for in terms of appearance and how tight you usually wear your jeans when deciding on size. I should also ad that, while I am a slim build, I do have hips and so I have always stayed away from skinny/cigarette style jeans (because I thought they weren't flattering on me); however, I *love* the fit and look of these jeans overall and get lots of compliments on them. I am 5'4" and they come to my ankles (longer than shown in the pic).... |

I absolutely love these jeans! I have big calves and have trouble finding jeans that I can tuck into boots without them scrunching at the knee. But these are it. They are a little bit tight around my calf but give me the effect I want. As always with Citizens, the fit is amazing. If you are a bit curvy like me, they will do your booty and thighs wonders. I love the dark Paris rinse on these jeans. They do fit like a glove, as other reviewers have noted. Again, because of the dark rinse, you can dress these up or down. I plan to try wearing them tucked into boots this winter!... |

Half size small and do not stretch a lot like other Citizens. But your normal size will still fit. I agree with everything the other review said, EXCEPT that they are not so sexy ankle jeans if you have medium-sized calves. I do not have big calves - many boot shafts are too large on me. But they are also not skinny. And I must say that these jeans look absolutely ridiculous on me if I wear them as seen on this model. Honestly, they are so bad tha tI went to a party in a tunic with boots and these pants, adn I had to take my shoes off, so I took my pants off with them! I always tuck them into boots, which is great. The length and snug fit mean that they do not ride up and get bunchy in the knees, adn they do not feel awkward around your ankle inside the boot. I highly recommend them for those of you looking for a skinny jean to wear with tunics and. Think of these like an alternative legging for those who think a thin layer of spandex is not their best look. ... |

They are a true "skinny" fit, so if you're looking for leg-hugging-ankle-high-show-off-those-sexy-shoes- jeans, these are it. The dark wash and minimal back pocket detail make you want to dress them up and take yourself out. The denim has a slightly stretchy give, but is dense and structured enough to not stretch out and lose the skinny fit. If you're looking for a body-glove like fit, order your size.
