April 77 sells an attitude and makes jeans inspired by underground music. All the jeans are unisex and affordable, so rock your wardrobe and not your wallet.
i got the 24 and i struggled to do the jeans up at first, but after i did and wearing them around for a few hours, they started to get a lot more comfy, and now i really like how they fit. It sits just below my belly button, rather than on the hips on the revolve model. And for reference, I wear 24 in Jbrand and Nudie. The denim is really stiff though, so i'm hoping that it will soften up.
I love these jeans..they defintely run small around the calves area..I'm normally a true to size 24 in rock& republic, diesels and true religion and I had to size up to a 26 in these. they are big in the waist but I would never be able to pull them past the calves.
I bought the jeans in a shop - the definitely run smaller than your average jeans. I normally wear a 29 in JBrand or Citizen and in some brands a 28 (Rich&Skinny, Seven For all Mankind) - and I wear a 30 in these. Since they are unisex I they are a bit more roomy in the upper part, but not in the legs. The 30 I wear is really tight in the legs but they are not tight at all in my waist, almost gap a bit there. But I would definitely recommend to size up unless you have really skinny legs.
These jeans run small. I recently returned them in exchange for a pair two sizes up - couldn't believe it myself. They are not true to size as the Web site claims. I'm typically a size 27 for stretch jeans. I'm 5'8 and could barely get the jeans over my calves - and I don't have big calves. So a heads up, they run small, fit super tight and has little give. I love the indie rocker look of these jeans so I'm hoping that two sizes up will give me the the nice skinny jean fit as seen in the photo image. Hope this helps!
