What is a Special Order Inquiry?
A Special Order Inquiry is a request for Revolve to check the availability of your item, and to determine approximately when a special order would arrive. Typically it takes 3-10 days for us to obtain this information, as suppliers are contacted only once a week (at their request, otherwise we would contact them every single day). We then email you, at which point you can decide whether you would like to continue with the special order.

There is no cost or fee associated with inquiries. Feel free to inquire about any item you are interested in.

There is no obligation to continue with a special order based on the results of the inquiry. If the item will take too long to arrive, or you simply change your mind, there is no need to continue. By default we do not proceed with a special order, unless you instruct us to do so.

When items are in stock at the manufacturer, the wait can range from as few as a couple days to as long as a month. The reason for this variance is that some designers process orders much faster than others. The typical designer takes between one to two weeks to ship the order.

Very comfortable. This is my 2nd 8020 pair and I love them. I walk a lot and they don't hurt my feet at all after hours of walking....

They just arrived today, they look quite different from the pictures featured in the 8020's website, which I have checked before making purchase. First of all, they don't feel comfortable worn, the top of your feet was tight and the back cuff is loose. The back cuff looks so much looser than those pictures, with the front cuff wrapped tightly to the legs. I feel weird walking in them. I suspect the models wore these unzipped because the cuff looked so loose from the front in those pictures which is not true....
