I was sceptical about all the hype over these denim leggings, but I finally got myself a pair in OLYMPIA, and I am hooked!! Very elegant dark blue wash, almost black, with no whiskering or distressing for a clean, sophisticated look. Amazingly soft and comfortable, but like other reviewers pointed out - quite thin, so I am wary of them ripping. Fingers crossed that won't happen with my pair! I got my usual size (26), and it fits true to size, although the waistband is a tad loose. You won't get muffin top with these, but this also means you'll have to keep hiking up the leggings from time to time. I will be back for more!
I never write reviews online, but feel the need the review J Brand 901 in Olympia. I love the fit and they are very soft and comfortable. However, the material is paper thin, and after only a few wears, I've already noticed a small rip developing on the back of the left leg. I'm going to take them to the shop to have it enhanced from the back, before it becomes out of control. It's a little disappointing considering they are quite expensive. I bought my usual size 26and they are true to size. They look great when tucked into tall boots. Although they fit great, I'm nervous putting them on again since they fall apart so easily.
I'm super petite (5'4") so I am usually a 24-25 depending on the brand. In the regular j brand jeans I'm a 25 but when I bought these there was only a 26 left which fit nice as they went on easy and looked tight but didn't give muffin top. I would recommend trying on a size larger in a local store maybe before purchasing. Unfortunately they didn't last me too long, only about a month. Since the pants are thin they wear and tear easily (or maybe I was too rough with them). I kneeled on concrete and they tore a small at the knee. I was upset because I wore them really often and the lightweight fabric is perfect for summer. I loved the fit so I'm debating whether I should buy another pair...
