Actually this runs true to size- the small fit is just meant to be that way, and it's definitely not meant to be buttoned. If you see the way this is worn on the Kova and T website by their model, you can tell that it's a very form fitting jacket. I am a size 2 and got this in a 4, and while it fits fine it does not fit as tightly and well as the model. Kova and T generally runs true to size and this is no exception, I think some people just got the wrong idea about how it's supposed to fit.
Totally agree with previous comment. Cut waaaay too small. I tried to go by the measurements indicated (for bust size) but really didn't work out. Now the item is totally out of stock and I'm kinda in a bad sitch. Guess that's the downside of internet shopping.
It was love at first sight. . I saw how the fit was on the model and ordered up a size. -8. The actual fit made me question the label. The jacket fit like a size 0 or 2. The only buttons I could close were the neck tab and the bottom; the middle buttons wouldn't even approximate midline. I guess that's what you mean by ' designer sizing" .I might have hesitated had I seen that note mentioned in the magazine copy. Now, the style. the quality of the material. the tailoring- all lovely. I still want the jacket- such a snazzy, sharp look. Sizing for regular people? This little number is about six sizes too small. opy.
