Just got the boots, they're without a doubt the most comfortable boots I've ever owned and I've only worn them twice, so I can't wait.. I really like the style, somewhat reminiscent of my jump boots but more dressy. I just can't get over the comfort.. These are my first Red Wings but I've owned most of their competition. Everyone says size down a 1/2 size but they only had my reg size so I got them hoping they wouldn't be too large and they fit well..in fact once they break in they'll probably be my new slippers! Very pleased, worth the price for sure.
just got the boots today really cool boots i went with the advice of getting a half size smaller and perfect advice that was they fit me perfect only one thing id like to know is what polish to use on them want them to shine well but i would definitely recommend buying these boots you wont regret
I would order a half size smaller than what you would look for in a dress shoe. Really nice olde thyme-y style here, a classic across the centuries. These have flat, un-treaded soles though, so keep that in mind if you plan on wearing in icy or wet conditions.
